Have your crew answer reviews every evening — and only ping you for the tricky ones

This is an example setup, written from Lazzy features that exist today. It isn't a customer story.
If you run a café, a shop or any small business, reviews pile up — and the replies are mostly the same few sentences. Here's how to hand that to a crew without losing control of what gets posted.
The ask
Tell your crew, in plain words:
Every evening at 9, check new reviews on our page. Draft a short, friendly reply to each one. Show me the drafts before anything is posted, and tell me which reviews need me personally.
That one message sets up two Lazzy features.
1. A routine — so it happens every evening
When you ask for something on a schedule, your crew turns it into a routine. Routines live in one place in your settings, where you can see them, change the time or switch them off. You don't have to remind your crew; at 9 PM it starts on its own.
Routines can run daily, on certain weekdays, or every few hours, in your own time zone.
2. An approval card — so nothing is posted without you
Replying to a review is public, so your crew doesn't post on its own. Instead it sends an approval card to your chat with what it wants to do. You tap Approve or Decline — from your phone, desktop or the web — and only then does it go out. If you decline with a note ("warmer tone, please"), your crew rewrites and asks again.
3. Signing in to your review page
Your crew uses the review site in its own browser. When the site asks for a login, you sign in yourself in your crew's live browser — you can watch what it does there, too. The login stays in that browser for next time.
What a typical evening looks like
- 9:00 PM — the routine starts. Your crew opens your review page and reads what's new.
- A few minutes later — an approval card with draft replies arrives in your chat, plus a short note: "one review mentions a wrong order — you may want to reply yourself."
- You tap Approve on the drafts you like. Done.
